Was Dodger Vernon's Mother or Grandmother?

On the EBTP DVDs, they have a clip of Vernon's parents on Groucho's show
and Vernon's mother doesn't look like Minnie Mae to me. So was Dodger
Vernon's Grandmother? Also when did Vernon's parents die? When did
Gladys's parents die?

Grandma was Vernon's mother not his grandmother. His father had remarried
by then I believe, I don't think grandma ever was on TV.

OK, I didn't know Elvis's Grandad remarried. I knew that didn't look
like Dodger in that clip. Thanks.
