Hi All

This info comes from Elvis World Japan, what I would like to know is, is the
bit about Elvis having lip - synced true or false?

When he introduced himself to Elvis, Boone says Elvis looked down, seemed to
mumble and wasn't communicative.

"Then he went out and lip-synched those two songs (Thats Alright and Blue
Moon of Kentucky) He was sort of hyper and twitchy, and he created some
real buzz. I had to follow him."

lip sync is more a timing thing than anything. well it used to be.

they ain't got all that time to mess around with the entertainment they
got sponsers to be had.

also heard elvis was a terrible lip sync'er. he would start singing
over the syncing.

but that's what i read.

I heard that story by Boone as well, not sure if it's true??? The only time I know Elvis lip synced was for the movies. He had such an incredible talent, he didn't need to.
